Project Description:

- We are looking for curious and analytical Graduate Engineers to join our Field Performance Trials team.
- This role provides a unique chance to work at the intersection of software, connected products, consumer insights, and product performance. You will help evaluate products in real-world environments, analyze product data, investigate issues, support consumer trials, and generate insights that influence future product development.
- You will work closely with engineers, data analysts, product teams, and regional stakeholders to improve product performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Trial Support
- Support execution of consumer and field performance trials.
- Assist with participant onboarding and issue triage.
- Monitor product performance during trials.
- Track and investigate customer-reported issues.
- Data Analytics &
- Insights
- Analyze product usage and trial data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
- Generate actionable insights from consumer feedback and product data.
- Support root cause investigations using data-driven approaches.
- Software &
- Connected Products
- Collect and analyze diagnostic logs from connected products.
- Support software and firmware validation activities.




- Investigate software-related issues observed during trials.
- Assist in reproducing and documenting defects.

- Explore opportunities to automate data analysis and reporting.
- Support development of scripts and tools to improve team efficiency.
- Apply AI and data science techniques to improve insight generation.
