About the Opportunity

Chery Motor Australia is excited to launch our Graduate Program, offering motivated and ambitious graduates the opportunity to kick-start their careers in the automotive industry.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Aftersales, Product and Network Development.

This program provides graduates with hands-on experience, exposure to key business operations, and the opportunity to develop their skilled skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Available Opportunities

1. Marketing Graduate

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.

- Support digital marketing, social media and brand initiatives.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Assist with marketing reports, campaign performance tracking and coordination with external agencies.

2. Aftersales Graduate

- Support daily aftersales operations and dealer service activities.

- Assist with customer service, warranty and parts-related processes.

- Analyse aftersales performance data and prepare reports.

- Work with internal teams and dealerships to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Product Graduate

- Support product planning, research and competitor benchmarking.

- Assist with market analysis, vehicle specifications and product positioning.

- Monitor automotive market trends and customer preferences.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on product-related projects and new vehicle launches.

4. Network Development Graduate





- Assist with dealership network planning, development and performance analysis.

- Support dealer onboarding, network expansion and operational coordination.

- Conduct market research and identify potential network development opportunities.

- Prepare reports and presentations to support business decisions.

About You

- Recently completed or currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Automotive or a related discipline.

- Graduated within the last two years or expected to graduate soon.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- A genuine interest in the automotive industry is highly regarded.

- Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens are preferred.

Previous internship or relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential.
