Your first role as an Occupational Therapist should give you the foundations to become a confident, capable clinician while allowing you to develop your own professional identity.
At Kern, you will not be expected to know everything from day one. You will receive structured onboarding, tailored Coaching and Development, accessible clinical leadership and support from an established multidisciplinary team.
Based in Mandurah, you will work with children, young people and adults across our clinic and community settings. The role can be structured full-time or part time, depending on the arrangement agreed.

- Opportunities to develop your clinical identity.
Build experience across the lifespan while exploring the areas of Occupational Therapy that interest you.
- Strong administration support. Our support team assists with service coordination, funding processes and systems surrounding service delivery.
- Flexibility and wellbeing support, including full-time and part-time options and five additional Kern Wellness Days each year.
- Opportunities to contribute ideas as Kern continues developing its NDIS and private services.
