Working both in a supportive team environment and independently, you will be responsible for maintaining premium clients' properties to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operating commercial ride-on mowers, alongside standard lawn mowers
- Utilizing hedge trimmers, brush cutters, and edgers to maintain clean presentation lines
- Executing general lawn care maintenance and operating a backpack sprayer for weed control
- Conducting regular rubbish collection, site clean-ups, and debris removal
- Performing tasks in strict accordance with business guidelines and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) Regulations
About you
- Prior experience in gardening, grounds keeping, or horticulture is highly preferred
- A valid Australian Driver's License is essential
- Confident, safe handling of ride-on mowers, all equipment and chemical backpack sprayers
- Punctual, self-motivated individual with a solid work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
- Great communication skills and the ability to follow specific work instructions accurately
- Valid, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Capable of passing reference checks
