As a high growth, ASX listed, financial services market leader this organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their group finance function and operate as a key business partner to executive stakeholders across the business. They have a people-first culture with a hybrid work environment and versatile start finish times where everyone is measured on their output and trusted to meet their deliverables. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this role is responsible for:
- Preparation of annual consolidated financial statements
- Monthly group management reporting and analysis
- Intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
- Management of ASX disclosures
- Technical accounting advice and implementation of new standards
- Management of the external audit relationship and process




- Decision support activity around M&A; work and transactions
- Partnering with Treasury on funding and loan matters
- Oversight of group balance sheet reconciliations

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years experience in accounting roles, with previous exposure to group level financial reporting positions within an ASX listed company. First movers from a Big 4 Audit function at Manager/Senior Manager level are welcome to apply. You will be highly motivated, able to operate in a broad capacity across multiple responsibilities, engage confidently with executives, and have excellent technical accounting skills. Interested?
