Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company's presence in the Australia market.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and trading volume through localized marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Build and manage partnerships with local KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and other potential partners.
- Analyze growth metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with global Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute localized growth initiatives.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, business development, or user acquisition.
- Experience in the Australia market, with a good understanding of local user behavior and market dynamics.
- Proven track record in driving user growth, campaign performance, or business results.
- Solid data analysis skills and familiarity with growth metrics.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English;

experience in the crypto/Web3 industry is highly preferred.
