Your Opportunity

As a Client Advisor, you will bring the Gucci experience to life for clients from around the world. Through exceptional service, strong product knowledge and a personalised approach, you will understand each client’s needs and guide them in discovering the perfect Gucci pieces. We are currently seeking passionate and positive individuals to join us as Full-Time and Casual Client Advisors at our Sydney Airport Location!

Full-Time | 38 hours per week

Working across 5 days per week, this position offers flexible rostering at our GUCCI Sydney Airport boutique.

Casual | Versatile availability

Our Casual opportunity requires strong availability and flexibility across the week, including evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

How you will contribute

- Deliver an exceptional Gucci experience to a diverse range of clients travelling through Sydney Airport.
- Understand each client’s needs and provide thoughtful, personalised product recommendations within every interaction.
- Drive individual and team performance across key KPIs, including sales, average ticket,



NPS and conversion.
- Demonstrate agility and confidence in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and selling skills through Gucci’s training programs.
- Collaborate with the wider boutique team to support stock management and operational activities.
