/n We are seeking a Guest Services Sales Assistant to join our team in a customer-facing role across Admissions and Retail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences. /n /n Availability Requirements /n Applicants must be available to work 1 x Weekend Day each week, as part of their roster. /n Preferred roster patterns include: /n /n

- Tuesday – Saturday, or

- Sunday – Thursday

/n /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Deliver exceptional customer service

/n

- Process ticket sales and retail transactions

/n

- Assist with guest enquiries in person, via phone and email

/n

- Support retail presentation and stock management

/n

- Assist with general guest services operations
