Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident speaking with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers
- Passionate about health, fitness and training
- Outgoing and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Friendly, personable and capable of building relationships quickly
- Motivated by goals, targets and performance
- Willing to learn sales, prospecting and communication skills
- Interested in developing a career in fitness, personal training, sales or business

No previous gym sales experience is required if you have the right personality, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

You will

- Welcome members and prospective members into the gym




- Speak with new enquiries about their health and fitness goals
- Communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking members where required
- Conduct gym walkthroughs and consultations
- Explain our different membership and training options
- Follow up leads by phone, text and in person
- Participate in local outreach and community engagement
- Build relationships with prospective members
- Close membership sales
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Develop advanced sales, communication and prospecting skills through ongoing training
