About the role
Tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Painting and plastering
- Lock repairs and replacements
- Door hanging
- Basic carpentry and deck repairs
- Tiling
- Window, flyscreen or blind repairs
- General property maintenance which varies widely in scope
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or building repairs
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- Physical fitness and safety awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work solo or in a team
- Good work ethic
- Clear Police Check (or ability to obtain)
