responsibilities Key Responsibilities Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware faults
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining hardware and peripheral equipment
- Repairing and replacing faulty components
- Testing repaired devices to ensure correct operation
- Performing hardware upgrades and preventative maintenance
- Installing and configuring related software where required
- Providing technical assistance and advice to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used; and Ensuring all technical work meets company quality and safety standards. Qualification &
experience Qualifications &
Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hardware support, diagnostics or repairs; and A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field .
