Interstate & Regional Truck Driver – HC Licence

Centurion Garage Doors is celebrating 50 years in business and continues to grow. Due to expansion, we are creating a new truck driver position based at our Stapylton factory.

This is an opportunity for an experienced driver looking for consistent work, an established delivery network and a regular weekly schedule with a growing manufacturer.

About the role

You will deliver Centurion garage doors to our existing customers across Queensland and Northern New South Wales, primarily operating a prime mover with a single semi-trailer (B trailer).

Your usual weekly schedule will be:

- Monday–Tuesday: Central Queensland run, departing Monday and returning Tuesday.

- Wednesday: Toowoomba and the Darling Downs delivery run.

- Thursday–Friday: Northern NSW and Mid North Coast run through to Coffs Harbour, departing Thursday and returning Friday.

You may also provide relief cover for our B-double driver on the weekly Far North Queensland run depending on licence class. Additional North Queensland trips may be required from time to time, so some flexibility is needed.



The usual schedule will have you home most weekends.

Your responsibilities

- Deliver products safely and efficiently to our customers.

- Check loads and ensure freight is properly secured and protected.

- Assist with loading and unloading as required.

- Complete vehicle checks and promptly report maintenance issues.

- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and work diary records.

- Follow fatigue management requirements and safe driving practices.

- Communicate with dispatch and customers to keep deliveries running smoothly.

- Represent Centurion professionally at each delivery.

About you

We are looking for a reliable driver who takes pride in their truck, their work and the service they provide.

You will bring

- A current HC driver’s licence.

- Experience operating semi-trailers; B-doubles would be an advantage

- Regional or interstate heavy vehicle driving experience.

- A safe driving record and a strong focus on safety.

- Practical knowledge of load restraint and fatigue management.

- Good communication skills and a professional approach to customers.

- The ability to work independently and handle products carefully.

- Flexibility to cover Far North Queensland runs when required.
