We're partnering with a fast-growing e-commerce company with a technology-led platform connecting consumers and businesses across multiple markets.

As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Head of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, growth and retention across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to acquire, convert, engage and retain customers in a digital environment. You'll have genuine ownership of growth strategy and performance, while working closely with commercial, product and technology teams.

The Role

- Own the growth marketing strategy across customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention
- Identify and deliver current opportunities to accelerate customer and business growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Drive performance across digital, CRM, partnerships, content, social and other growth channels
- Use customer and campaign data to identify opportunities, test ideas and improve ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure investment is aligned to commercial outcomes
- Work closely with product, commercial and technology teams to support business growth
- Introduce smarter ways of working through technology, automation and AI
- Report on performance, insights and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for

- 10+ years' marketing experience,



including significant people leadership
- Strong B2C growth and customer acquisition experience
- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling businesses
- Experience across e-commerce, digital platforms, marketplaces, payments, fintech or consumer technology
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRM and performance marketing
- Highly data-driven, with strong commercial and analytical capability
- Experience managing budgets and being accountable for measurable business outcomes
- Strong technology and digital fluency, with an appetite for emerging tools and AI
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environment
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
