We are looking for someone who understands how to build audiences, influence public opinion, generate high-quality enquiries, manage reputation and create campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

The Chance

We are seeking an outstanding social media and digital communications professional with a proven record of building brands, leading teams and delivering exceptional commercial results.

You will oversee the firm's social strategy, positioning Arnold Thomas & Becker as the most trusted and recognisable plaintiff law firm in Australia. Working closely with the lawyers and marketing specialists, you will identify opportunities to amplify major cases, shape public discussion, increase brand awareness and generate qualified client enquiries.

This role combines strategy, content, issues awareness, stakeholder management and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Leadership

- Develop and execute the firm's social media strategy. Oversee the development of compelling content across:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Emerging platforms

- Lead major awareness campaigns relating to:

- Personal Injury
- Workplace issues
- Class Actions
- Medical Negligence
- Public interest matters

Growth & Lead Generation

- Develop campaigns that generate measurable client enquiries.
- Optimise performance across paid and organic social channels.
- Work closely with digital agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor conversion performance and campaign ROI.

Media & Thought Leadership





- Identify opportunities to position lawyers as recognised experts.
- Support public commentary and thought leadership initiatives.
- Amplify earned media coverage through digital channels.
- Build relationships with key external content creators and industry influencers.

Analytics & Commercial Performance

- Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs.
- Deliver reporting and insights.
- Use analytics to inform business decisions and investment priorities.
- Drive continual optimisation of content, channels and campaigns.

About You You are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to influence audiences at scale.

Essential Experience

- 10+ years in social media, digital communications, brand or content leadership.
- Experience leading high-performing social and content teams.
- Demonstrated success building audiences and engagement at a national level.
- Strong track record of generating commercial outcomes from digital channels.
- Expert understanding of social platform algorithms, paid media and audience growth strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Exceptional writing, storytelling and editing skills.

Highly Desirable

- Experience within retail services or complex purchases – ie insurance, education, personal legal services, medical services, other services,
- Experience leading paid marketing campaigns.
- Existing network within Australian media, communications and digital sectors.
