At Challenges Abroad , we're looking for a commercially driven, people-focused leader to help take our Australia Schools business to the next level.

This isn't a role where you'll be managing from the sidelines. You'll be out meeting schools, opening doors, building partnerships and leading a small team to achieve great things.

You'll have the opportunity to shape our direction, bring your own ideas to the table and help more Australian students experience the world in ways that broaden their perspectives and build their confidence.

What You'll Bring

- A strong track record in sales,



business development and building lasting partnerships.
- An understanding of the Australian SchoolsTrip market, previous experience ideally within education, student travel or experiential learning.
- Experience leading or coaching others, with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
- Commercial confidence, initiative and the ability to turn opportunities into results.
- A hands-on approach.
