About the Role
Gage Roads Freo is one of Perth's busiest hospitality venues: a working craft brewery on the Fremantle waterfront with room for 1,500 guests, open all day, seven days a week. This is a high-volume kitchen that demands consistency, speed and pride in output.
As Head Pizza Chef, you'll run our pizza section from end to end. You'll set and maintain dough and product standards, manage the wood-fired oven, and look after stock, ordering and wastage. You'll keep the section clean and compliant, and recruit, train and lead the pizza team. You'll work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and costing, and help build a solid team culture across the kitchen and front of house.
