Hybrid workingWe are seeking an empathetic, collaborative, and highly influential Health, Safety and Security Adviser to serve as a true WHS business partner, embedding national practices that keep our people protected, promote wellbeing, and add tangible value. In this critical role, you will provide trusted, specialist advice on risk management within a dynamic manufacturing and multi-tenanted environment, tackling complex challenges like manual handling and plant-related risks. You will empower our site leaders with regular reporting and actionable insights, while actively coaching employees on hazard identification, risk assessments, and the use of our electronic HSS management software.

Going beyond compliance monitoring and injury claim management, you will leverage your outstanding listening skills and patience to influence positive safety outcomes across our operations. - Act as a trusted business partner by providing quality, specialist advice to site leaders and driving health, safety, and security performance through regular reporting and actionable insights.
- Lead comprehensive risk management initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing setting, specifically targeting hazard identification, manual handling, and plant-related risks.
- Support and coach employees in developing effective risk elimination or control strategies and utilizing our electronic HSS management software for hazards, inspections, and incident reporting.
- Actively monitor workplace controls and compliance by participating in ongoing verification, inspection, and review activities to embed our national safety mission.
- Take hands-on ownership of injury claims by reviewing status updates and working collaboratively with insurers and injury management providers to support our people.





Who are you?

- You hold a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and bring proven health and safety experience from a similar role.
- You have demonstrated experience managing safety risks within dynamic production, operations, manufacturing, and multi-tenanted building environments.
- You are a natural collaborator who thrives as part of a team and acts as a true WHS business partner driven to make a tangible difference.
- You possess outstanding listening skills and the patience to effectively influence stakeholders while maintaining a highly empathetic approach.
- You have the flexibility to seamlessly work from multiple locations and are comfortable travelling interstate when required.
