About the role
You'll be responsible for keeping our fleet secure, reliable and on the road. You'll work on trucks, trailers and plant, performing a variety of servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
- Repairs and maintenance of heavy vehicles and trailers
- Maintaining fleet safety and compliance
- Completing maintenance records
- Minimising vehicle downtime
- Responding to breakdowns when required
About you
- Qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
- Experience working on trucks and heavy vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Works safely and professionally
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools of the trade
- Reliable, positive attitude
- Current driver's license
- Current HC license mandatory
