WE’RE HIRING – 2 HELP DESK ASSISTANTS

Currently working in Telstra Retail – or have you previously worked in a Telstra retail environment?

If you have experience processing Telstra mobility orders, provisioning services and assisting customers with mobile service requests, and you’re ready to move into a corporate telecommunications environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Solve Communications is looking for two Help Desk Assistants to join our growing Service Desk team.

Established in 1984, Solve has more than four decades of experience in the Australian telecommunications industry and a long-standing partnership with Telstra. We support business, enterprise and government customers across their telecommunications requirements.

The role:

You’ll work as part of our Service Desk team, assisting corporate customers with their day-to-day telecommunications needs, including:

- Processing mobile orders, activations and service changes
- Managing provisioning and customer requests
- Responding to customers via Salesforce, email and telephone




- Troubleshooting and following customer requests through to resolution
- Assisting with telecommunications billing and reporting
- Providing general customer and administrative support

We’d particularly love to hear from you if you have experience with:

- Telstra Retail or Telstra mobility provisioning
- Telstra Systems including MNC, Mobiles Helpdesk etc
- Mobile activations, upgrades and service changes
- Telecommunications billing or reporting

You’ll also need great customer service skills, robust attention to detail, good computer skills and, most importantly, enjoy helping customers and getting things sorted.

Location: Melbourne or Western Australia

2 x Full time positions
