Job Requirements

We’re looking for people who:

- Have experience working in community aged care or a similar support environment
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent for Support Worker roles
- Are reliable, compassionate and genuinely enjoy working with older people
- Understand the importance of dignity, choice and independence
- Can work independently while still being part of a wider team
- Take pride in providing high-quality support




- Have a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Hold, or are willing to obtain, the required clearances and checks For Domestic Assistant positions, relevant experience and a genuine understanding of supporting older people in their homes are highly valued.

Job Responsibilities

- Support clients in achieving their goals as outlined in their person-centred plans.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to supervisors.
- Provide protected and reliable transportation for clients to appointments and activities.
- Uphold the dignity, privacy, and rights of clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
