/n About the Role/n As a Home Care Personal Care Assistant, you will support Registered Nurses and the wider Clinical Care Team in delivering high-quality, person-centred palliative care within the home setting. Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Assist clients with activities of daily living

/n

- Provide direct care within clients' homes with remote clinical oversight available 24/7

/n

- Support mobility, transfers, pressure area care,



oral and mouth care

/n

- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and clinicians

/n

- Maintain client dignity, comfort, and safety at all times

/n

- Follow clinical protocols, infection control standards, and documentation requirements

/n

- Respond appropriately to unexpected changes in client condition

/n About You – What We're Looking For/n To be successful in this role, you will have: /n /n

- Availability to work on a casual basis

/n

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts

/n

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Health Services Assistance, Aged Care, or a related qualification

/n

- Previous experience in community care, aged care, disability support, oncology, palliative care, or a healthcare setting

/n

- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centred approach to care

/n

- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
