About the role

Spring has sprung!

You will play a key role in helping our customers find everything they need for themselves and their beloved horses and dogs as the weather warms up.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering personalised customer service
- Sharing your product knowledge while assisting with sales, fitting gear, and merchandising stock
- Keeping the store tidy and organised at all times and in line with OHS standards
- Working collaboratively and enthusiastically with other colleagues

About you

- Passionate about horses and equestrian life
- Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
- Reliable and available over the weekends (Saturday a must) and weekdays at short notice
- Experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not essential — we'll provide full training




- Australian work rights are required for this position
