The Role We are seeking 1 motivated all-rounder to assist on an apple farm from October 2026 across properties in Ardmona, VIC. The position available is full-time and you must be available 5-7 days per week. You will generally work 5 days a week within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster between 7:00AM to 4:00PM.

You will be paid under the Horticultural Award 2020 at the permanent hourly award rate for Level 2 ($26.44 per hour) with an opportunity for overtime when required. This work is outdoors in various weather conditions and duties include, but are not limited to:

Planting, harvesting, thinning and packing apples and other vegetables and fruit.

General crop and irrigation system management.

Supervision of work crews.

Operation of tractors and other farm machinery with the necessary training.

General farm hand duties.
