The Role

We are seeking 1 motivated all-rounder to assist on an apple farm from October 2026 across properties in Ardmona, VIC. The position available is full-time and you must be available 5-7 days per week. You will generally work 5 days a week within a Monday-Sunday rotating roster between 7:00AM to 4:00PM.

You will be paid under the Horticultural Award 2020 at the permanent hourly award rate for Level 2 ($26.44 per hour) with an opportunity for overtime when required. This work is outdoors in various weather conditions and duties include, but are not limited to:

- Planting, harvesting, thinning and packing apples and other vegetables and fruit.

- General crop and irrigation system management.

- Supervision of work crews.

- Operation of tractors and other farm machinery with the necessary training.

- General farm hand duties.
