This opportunity suits an experienced hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales professional who enjoys complex account management, brings strong commercial judgement and is ready to contribute to a competitive, collaborative team.

About the Role

Drive territory growth through strategic account planning, clinical engagement and strong customer relationships.

- Build partnerships with specialists, opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders
- Use customer insights to identify opportunities and improve territory performance
- Navigate hospital pharmacy and formulary processes to support account growth
- Collaborate with Medical, Market Access and Marketing teams, maintaining high ethical and compliance standards





About You You bring proven success in hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales, with:

- Strong account management and territory planning across hospitals and specialist practices
- Experience negotiating with hospital pharmacy and key decision-makers
- Excellent commercial, communication and influencing skills
- Initiative, a competitive mindset and adaptability
- A commitment to ethical engagement and better patient outcomes

Established specialist relationships and experience managing complex hospital accounts will be highly regarded.
