HPS Pharmacies is seeking a Casual Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Darwin Private Hospital. This opportunity is ideal for a pharmacist with hospital experience who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare workplace and is seeking flexible shifts within a supportive and experienced pharmacy team.
About the Role
As a Casual Hospital Pharmacist, you will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nursing staff, and medical teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred pharmacy services.
Key responsibilities include
- Provision of clinical and operational pharmacy services
- Medication dispensing and supply
- Clinical review and medication management activities
- Supporting medication safety and quality initiatives
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Contributing to positive patient care outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centred care
