Current Opportunities

Food & Beverage Attendants

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll work across a variety of areas including:

- Bar service
- Bistro service
- Gaming floor
- Functions and events
- Delivering exceptional customer service

We're looking for people who:

- Have a friendly, positive attitude
- Enjoy working with people
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Are reliable, well presented and motivated
- Can work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW RSA Competency Card
- Current NSW RCG Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability across a variety of shifts

Chef Reporting to the Head Chef,



you'll play an significant role in delivering quality meals to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials
- Managing stock rotation and minimising waste
- Supporting kitchen operations and functions
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as a Chef
- Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A passion for quality food and teamwork
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
