The Mount Moriac Hotel is looking for a reliable and motivated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a excellent guest experience.
- Oversee daily operations, opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Manage bookings, customer enquiries and complaints.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support management to ensure smooth and efficient service.

About You:

- Must have previous hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable,



organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable way to and from employement.
- Current Victorian RSA certificate.
