Are you a detail-oriented qualified who takes pride in doing a job properly? Excel Cleaning is seeking reliable, high-quality cleaners to join our selective team. We handle the admin, the insurance, and the client matching; you focus on the work. In particular, we are interested in cleaners based in the CBD, the Inner Northern Suburbs and the Inner South Eastern Suburbs.

- Consistent Income: We offer 15 to 30 hours per week with regular, ongoing clients.

- Great Casual Pay: $33.85 per hour plus 12% super ($37.91 per hour including super), paid weekly. (Note: this is a direct employment casual position under the Cleaning Services Award, not an ABN job.)

- Full Protection: You’re covered by our Public Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance while you work, and we pay super on top of your hourly rate.

- Flexible Hours: Choose your own hours (Mon to Fri, 8 am to 6 pm). Ideal for parents working school hours or anyone seeking work-life balance.

- Work Locally: We match you with premium homes in your preferred suburbs to minimise your commute.

The Role

You will provide high-standard domestic cleaning and housekeeping, including:

- Kitchens,



bathrooms, and living areas.

- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

- General housekeeping to the “Excel Standard” (full paid training provided).

Who We Are Looking For

This role is perfect for parents, semi-retired individuals, or students with daytime availability. To be successful, you must have:

- Reliability: Your own reliable car and a valid driver’s licence.

- Communication: Excellent English and a mobile phone.

- Integrity: Two references (professional or personal) and a National Police Check, which we arrange and pay for after your interview.

- Right to Work: Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work visa.

- Fitness: Comfort with active, physical work and working independently in private homes.

- Availability: Monday to Friday availability.
