Housekeeping Attendants – Up to 15 Full-Time Positions Available

Teamswork Services is seeking up to 15 reliable and motivated Housekeeping Attendants to work full-time at a resort in the holiday town of Exmouth. The positions will be starting in February/March 2027 and will be a 12 month full-time contract.

The resort is a recently refurbished accommodation and hospitality venue servicing visitors from across Australia and overseas. We are seeking dedicated team members who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Position Details

- Up to 15 full-time positions available
- Minimum 38 hours per week
- Rotating roster over 5 days per week
- Weekend and public holiday work may be required
- Shift times may vary according to operational requirements, with shifts commencing as early as 6:00am and finishing as late as 12:00am

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms to established hotel standards
- Prepare rooms for arriving guests, including making beds and replenishing amenities
- Clean and maintain public areas including reception areas, corridors, function spaces, dining areas and other common areas
- Deliver and distribute hotel linen, cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Assist with laundry operations as required




- Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving supplies and equipment
- Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned and stored appropriately
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the property

- Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements

Remuneration

Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020, with classification and pay rate determined by relevant skills, qualifications and experience. Penalty rates, overtime and other applicable entitlements will be paid in accordance with the Award.
