About the role

As a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall standards of our hotel. You will assist across various housekeeping duties to ensure our rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our guests. This is a casual position working on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility and availability across these days are essential.

Key responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms to the hotel's required standards.

- Make beds, change linen, and replenish towels and guest amenities.

- Clean and maintain bathrooms, bedrooms, and other designated areas.

- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house spaces as required.

- Assist with laundry duties, handling linen, and replenishing housekeeping supplies.

- Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any room-related concerns to the appropriate team member.

- Follow hotel procedures for cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.

- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Assist with other duties as required to support the hotel's operations.

About you

- Reliable and flexible, with availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.





- A team player who enjoys working in a close-knit setting.

- Equipped with basic English skills and good communication skills.

- Positive, proactive, and willing to take on different tasks as needed.

- Detail-oriented, with pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Willing to learn, take initiative, and support the team wherever needed.

- Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout a shift.

- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.
