We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic Cleaner to join our team at Willowbank Caravan Park & Motel.

This is more than just cleaning — you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests and residents. From sparkling cabins and motel rooms to keeping our communal areas looking their best, your work will help make people feel comfortable, welcome and right at home.

What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Cleaning short-term cabins and motel rooms
- Completing long-term cabin and house vacate/bond cleans
- Cleaning amenity blocks and laundries
- Keeping offices and community areas clean and presentable
- Following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Restocking cleaning products, chemicals, linen and other supplies
- Keeping the Park Manager informed when stock needs to be ordered
- Helping maintain a clean, protected and welcoming setting across our properties
- Providing friendly and professional service to guests, residents and visitors
- Working both independently and as part of a team

The physical stuff

Cleaning is an active job, so you’ll need to be comfortable:

- Being on your feet for several hours
- Bending, stretching and reaching
- Lifting and moving moderately heavy items
- Working at a reasonable pace when required

Essential requirements
- Current open Class C Driver’s Licence
- Safe driving record
- Ability to communicate professionally with guests, residents and team members
- Ability to work unsupervised when required
