As our business continues to grow across APAC, we're looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This is an opportunity to step into a broad generalist role where you'll partner with leaders, support employees, contribute to meaningful people projects and continue building your HR career.

Reporting to the Regional People Director, APAC, you'll work across the full employee lifecycle while helping deliver people initiatives that support both our employees and our business.

About The Role

You'll be a trusted first point of contact for our people and leaders, providing practical HR support and helping ensure a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Providing day-to-day HR advice to our people and leaders
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee movements and offboarding
- Assisting with performance, conduct and other employee relations matters
- Preparing employment contracts, variations and other employee documentation
- Supporting engagement,



development and people programs
- Coordinating and leading HR projects and process improvements
- Maintaining HR records, systems and people reporting
- Building strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the business

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making a genuine difference.

You'll Ideally Have

- 3 or more years' experience in a generalist HR role
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related disciplineExperience within professional services or a similar environment will be highly regarded
- Experience working autonomously across employee lifecycle activities, and providing HR advice and employee relations support
- A solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR practices (knowledge of New Zealand legislation also would be advantageous)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- A proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
