About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a quick-growing organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities while being actively involved in a broad range of HR functions, including employee engagement, onboarding, professional development, training and coordination of apprenticeship, traineeship and work experience programs.

The role offers variety, hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to workforce development and the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, from developing engaging job advertisements and sourcing talent through to screening, interviewing, reference checking and candidate selection.

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support the organisation's growing workforce and future recruitment needs.

- Deliver a positive and engaging onboarding experience, coordinating employment documentation, contracts, inductions and new starter requirements.

- Partner with hiring managers and operational teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

- Contribute to recruitment initiatives, employer branding and strategies to attract and retain quality talent.

Human Resources & Workforce Development

- Provide proactive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, employment variations, employee engagement and offboarding.

- Build positive working relationships with employees, supervisors and managers, providing practical HR guidance and support.

- Coordinate learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs,



organising professional development opportunities and maintaining training records.

- Support and coordinate apprenticeship, traineeship, graduate and work experience programs, helping develop the next generation of skilled employees.

- Work collaboratively with operational teams, training providers and educational institutions to support workforce capability and career development pathways.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company requirements.

- Assist with employee engagement, retention and broader people and culture initiatives across the business.
