HSE Advisor & Senior HSE Advisor - Major Water Infrastructure Project

Major Water Infrastructure Project | Goldfields WA | FIFO 2:1 | $130k-$180k + Super + 30% Site Uplift

We are seeking experienced HSE Advisors and Senior HSE Advisors to join a major water infrastructure project in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

The project is being delivered by a leading international infrastructure and engineering contractor with a strong track record across major water, energy, transport and infrastructure projects.

The Project

A major reservoir duplication project increasing storage capacity from 400 ML to 800 ML, including:

- Construction of two new concrete-lined reservoir cells
- Major earthworks and embankments
- Liners, filters and associated civil works
- Large-scale concrete structures
- Structural steel, precast and roofing works
- Large-diameter inlet, outlet and scour pipework
- Associated drainage, overflow, bypass and infrastructure works

The Roles: Working as part of the project HSE team, you will support the safe delivery of major construction activities across the site.

Responsibilities include

- Providing HSE advice and support to construction and project teams
- Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions




- Monitoring compliance with HSE systems, legislation and project requirements
- Facilitating toolbox meetings, inductions and safety initiatives
- Working closely with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and client representatives
- Promoting a strong safety culture across the project

About You: We are seeking HSE professionals with experience across major Australian construction projects, ideally within civil, infrastructure, water, mining or resources.

You will have

- Relevant HSE qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a site-based HSE role
- Solid knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with construction teams, subcontractors and site personnel
- Australian major-project construction experience

- $130,000 - $150,000 + super

Both roles:
- 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
- Major, technically complex infrastructure project
