We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSEQ Manager to lead corporate Health, Safety, Environment and Quality initiatives across our organisation. This role is suited to a professional with strong expertise in HSEQ governance, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.
Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will drive HSEQ performance, maintain compliance and promote a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain corporate HSEQ management systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
- Oversee risk management, audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor HSEQ performance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide HSEQ advice and guidance to senior leadership and operational teams.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure effective environmental and quality management.
About You You are a confident HSEQ professional with robust leadership, communication and analytical skills. You take a proactive approach to governance, compliance and risk management, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive business outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HSEQ management or advisory role.
- Relevant HSEQ, WHS or related qualifications.
- Solid knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience in auditing, risk management, incident investigation and compliance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HSEQ management systems.
- Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
