HVAC Service Technician — No On-Call, No Weekend Grind

After 35 years servicing commercial and industrial HVAC across South East Queensland, we've learned one thing: good technicians do their best work when they're not run into the ground. So we built this role around a life, not just a job.
What that actually means
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours. No on-call roster. No weekend roster. The odd after-hours repair comes up — it's genuinely rare, and it's never an expectation hanging over your weekend.
- Versatile around your life. Want a 9-day fortnight? Done. Need family-friendly start and finish times? We'll work with you. We mean it.
- Overtime when you want it — typically 4–6 hours when the work calls for it, paid accordingly, never forced.
What you'll earn
- $55–$60/hr for senior technicians
- $50–$55/hr for techs 3 plus years out of their time
- Plus superannuation, with rate based on your experience and ability.

The work
You'll be servicing and maintaining HVAC systems across South East Queensland — fault finding, preventative maintenance, breakdowns and repairs on a genuine variety of equipment. The bulk of our work is commercial and industrial (around three-quarters of what you'll do), with some residential service in the mix.
What you'll bring
• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- QLD Restricted Electrical Work Licence
- White Card
- Current CPR/LVR
- Manual driver's licence
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
- A solid, reliable approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
