About the role

We are building our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability across ANZ. As IBP Manager, you will run the IBP and S&OP; cycle, from demand review through to the executive S&OP; decision. You will work with Sales, Finance, Operations and the plants, and report to the Planning & Inventory Manager.

What you will do

- Run the monthly IBP and S&OP; cycle across demand, supply and finance
- Lead demand and supply reviews and drive decisions and actions
- Use Kinaxis and data analysis to build scenarios and recommendations




- Improve forecast accuracy and alignment between Sales, Marketing and Operations
- Build IBP capability in the ANZ team

What you need to bring

- Experience running IBP or S&OP; in a multi-site manufacturing or distribution business
- Experience with an advanced planning system (Kinaxis preferred)
- Robust analytical skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
