ICT Project Support Officer | State Government/n An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ICT Project Support Officer to join a South Australian State Government department on an initial 6-month contract.
/n The role will support the implementation and onboarding of government agencies onto a Cyber Security Awareness and Training platform, working across multiple stakeholders to coordinate activities and support successful adoption.
Your new role
/n Working closely with participating agencies, service providers and internal stakeholders, you will: /n /n
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of agencies onto a cyber security awareness platform
/n
- Assist with the establishment and deployment of standard cyber security learning pathways
/n
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities
/n
- Build effective relationships across agencies, providers and internal teams
/n
- Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies
/n
- Develop implementation resources, guidance materials and communications
/n
- Coordinate activities to ensure milestones and project timelines are achieved
/n
- Gather stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement
/n
- Contribute to project reporting, documentation and governance activities
/n
- Support consistent implementation practices across government agencies
/n What you'll need to succeed/n
/nTo be successful,
you will ideally bring:/n
/n /n
- 2+ years' experience in a similar Project Support or Project Coordination role
/n
- Experience supporting the implementation of IT or digital solutions
/n
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience
/n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
/n
- Confidence facilitating workshops and meetings
/n
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders
/n
- Solid organisational, documentation and reporting skills
/n
- Ability to monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
