This is a varied, hands-on role combining practical staff support, Microsoft 365 administration and cyber security coordination. Working closely with internal teams and external ICT providers, you’ll keep technology reliable, strengthen security and help QHC get the most from its IT investments.

What you’ll do

· Provide practical ICT support, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.

· Administer Microsoft 365, including user accounts, security groups, licensing and SharePoint permissions.

· Manage user onboarding and offboarding, access permissions, device deployment and equipment replacement.

· Coordinate external ICT providers, escalations, upgrades and technology improvements.

· Support cyber security controls, including MFA, patching, security alerts and alignment with the ACSC Essential Eight.

· Maintain asset registers, system records, procedures and support documentation.

· Support business continuity, information governance and technology planning.

· Help staff use technology confidently and practise good cyber security habits.

What you’ll bring

· At least three years’ experience in ICT support, systems administration or technology coordination.

· A qualification in IT, Information Systems,

Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

· Experience administering Microsoft 365 and managing user access, permissions and devices.

· Experience working with external technology vendors and service providers.

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.

· Explicit written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Microsoft 365 certification, experience with Essential Eight, Windows Server and Active Directory, file storage, Intune or other endpoint management tools, remote support and successful project delivery will be highly regarded.

Why join QHC?

· A part-time role working three days per week.

· $43–$50 per hour plus super.

· Variety across staff support, systems administration, security and improvement projects.

· The opportunity to influence technology decisions and see the impact of your work.

· Work that supports the people delivering essential disability and community services.

Ready to bring your skills to our team?

Apply with your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.

Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 30 days, please consider your application unsuccessful. Due to the high number of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback.
