Are you an experienced Manual Tester with a passion for Identity & Access Management (IDAM/IAM) projects?

We're seeking a skilled IDAM Manual Tester to join a major Security Access Modernisation program with a leading Victorian Government department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the migration and modernisation of enterprise identity and access management platforms, supporting secure authentication, user onboarding, and application integration initiatives.

About the Role

As an IDAM Manual Tester, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to plan, design, execute, and report on testing activities across identity and access management solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of application onboarding, authentication services, access controls, and integration capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute System, Integration, Regression, Compatibility, and End-to-End testing.
- Perform manual testing of Identity & Access Management solutions and application integrations.
- Track, manage, and report defects through Azure DevOps.
- Prepare and maintain test artefacts and test evidence.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and assist with test case preparation.
- Produce test execution reports, defect metrics, and test summary reports.
- Provide regular project status updates and contribute to knowledge transfer activities. [

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Manual Testing/Test Analysis.
- Strong experience in System, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.




- Proven hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Experience preparing and maintaining test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Highly Desirable

- Experience working on Identity & Access Management (IDAM/IAM) projects.
- Knowledge of:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Federated Authentication
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- User Provisioning & De-provisioning

- Experience with platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, IBM Security Verify, Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock, or similar IAM solutions.
- Previous Government or large enterprise project experience. [
