Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of IAM experience within large, complex enterprise environments such as banking, insurance, utilities, government, or other large corporate organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Microsoft-centric IAM solutions, with a robust focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Manage authentication and access technologies including MFA, SAML, OIDC, and JWT.
- Administer privileged access controls, identity governance, and security best practices.
- Automate and streamline IAM processes using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams in a large enterprise environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication and identity protocols (MFA, SAML, OIDC, JWT).
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Scripting and automation skills, particularly PowerShell.
- Exposure to Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, or Java is highly regarded.
- Previous experience working in large, complex organisations is essential.
