Permanent, Full - time position - hybrid 3 days in the CBD - we're working with a global financial advice technology company operating within the wealth management space.

They provide SaaS technology that helps financial institutions deliver financial advice to more customers in a scalable, digital and secure way. It's a small, established business of around 75 people (about 50 in Sydney), supporting large-scale enterprise customers across Australia, the UK and Europe.

About the Role

This is a technical consulting role focused on implementing and configuring a SaaS advice platform for enterprise customers. Depending on your experience, the focus can lean towards solution implementation or platform configuration.

The person will run requirements and technical workshops with clients, configure the platform, build and test integrations, and support releases and production issues, while working closely with product, development and delivery teams. They'll also work with stakeholders across Australia, the UK and Ireland, so some out-of-hours overlap may be needed.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years' experience in client-facing technical roles, including hands-on experience configuring or implementing software for enterprise customers.
- Experience in a SaaS setting; start-up or scale-up experience is highly regarded.




- Strong experience with APIs and Postman, plus Python/JSON, SQL and relational databases.
- Sound knowledge of application architecture and API management.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions and writing technical stories.
- Background in finance, banking, insurance or another regulated industry is particularly relevant.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers, across both technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable troubleshooting defects and production support tickets in a high-pressure, outcome-driven environment.
- Experience with Agile delivery (stand-ups, sprint showcases, estimation).

Compensation & Benefits

- AUD $140K-$170K + Super
