Inbound & Inventory Coordinator – 3PL Warehouse (Casual)

We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Inbound & Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our Campbellfield warehouse.

This is a practical, hands-on warehouse role involving the receiving, processing and putaway of incoming stock, forklift operation, inventory control and general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders when required.

The successful candidate will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure stock is received accurately, stored efficiently and maintained correctly within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

As part of a cooperative warehouse environment, the role also requires flexibility to assist with daily order fulfilment, including picking, packing and dispatch activities during busy periods or whenever operational requirements demand.

Your Responsibilities

Inbound Operations

- Receive and coordinate incoming deliveries, including cartons, pallets and containers.
- Unload trucks and deliveries using forklift equipment.
- Check, count and process incoming inventory against supplier documentation.
- Accurately record incoming stock within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods or incorrect deliveries.
- Label,



organise and put away stock into designated warehouse locations.
- Ensure incoming stock is processed efficiently and made available for order fulfilment.
- Communicate with team members regarding inbound deliveries and stock availability.

Inventory Control

- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with stocktakes.
- Investigate and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Complete stock movements, transfers and replenishment tasks.
- Ensure stock is correctly labelled, organised and recorded within the WMS.
- Assist with maintaining warehouse location accuracy and stock organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Forklift & General Warehouse Duties

- Operate forklifts to safely load, unload and move palletised stock.
- Put away and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking.
- Assist with stock replenishment and general pallet movements.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently when required.
- Follow individual brand packing requirements and fulfilment procedures.
- Assist with order dispatch and other warehouse activities as needed.
- Safely handle and organise incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with practical warehouse experience who is comfortable working across both physical warehouse operations and inventory systems. The following skills and experience are highly regarded:
- Current LF forklift licence – essential.
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Experience receiving, processing and putting away incoming stock.




- Previous experience in inventory control, stock management or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Positive computer literacy, including basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to undertake physical warehouse duties, including picking, packing and general order fulfilment when required.
- Previous experience within a 3PL or e-commerce fulfilment warehouse will be highly regarded.

Employment Type & Hours

Employment Type: Casual – approximately 4–5 days per week initially, with the potential to transition into a permanent position as the business continues to grow. Warehouse Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Working days and hours will be agreed upon based on operational requirements.
