Inbound Sales Consultant – $75k + Uncapped Commission

Southport, Gold Coast | Full-Time | Inbound Leads

Platinum Seal is looking for an experienced salesperson to take ownership of our inbound sales pipeline.

We generate the leads. Your role is to manage them from the moment they enquire through to the moment the job is booked.

You’ll be speaking with homeowners who have contacted us about leaking or deteriorated showers, explaining the service, following up consistently, handling objections and closing the sale.

This is a hands-on sales role. You’ll own your pipeline from start to finish.

The role

- Respond to new inbound leads
- Qualify enquiries and understand what the customer needs
- Follow up quotes and opportunities
- Handle objections and ask for the sale
- Manage your own pipeline through our CRM
- Keep leads organised and moving
- Convert enquiries into booked jobs
- Work toward transparent weekly sales targets

What we’re looking for Previous sales experience is essential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident and professional on the phone
- Strong at follow-up
- Comfortable handling objections




- Organised with CRM and pipeline management
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Able to build trust quickly
- Comfortable taking ownership of the full sales process

Experience in service-based or consumer sales is highly regarded, including: Home improvement, trades, automotive, insurance, property, finance, solar or similar.
