The Indirect Buyer is responsible for the procurement of indirect goods and services required to support the Adelaide site and its day-to-day operations. The role manages the Kanban purchasing system, indirect internal requisitions, supplier and vendor administration, facilities and building maintenance procurement, waste management, office and site requirements, contractor services and other indirect purchasing activities.

The Indirect Buyer ensures purchasing requirements are processed accurately and efficiently, suppliers and contractors are appropriately managed, and site requirements are maintained in accordance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing of goods and services to support daily site operations.

Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.

Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.

Support facilities, maintenance, and contractor-related purchasing needs.

Assist with invoice processing,



purchasing records, and procurement administration.

Coordinate freight, fleet, and general site support activities.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Work closely with Operations, Finance, Maintenance, and other teams to support business needs.

What We're Looking For Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or operational/manufacturing workplace.

Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Familiarity with purchase order processes and ERP/purchasing systems.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
