Solutions IE is looking for an engaging and commercially aware professional to help us educate, support and connect with the strata and property industry.

This is not a traditional high-volume cold-calling role. You will build credibility through industry training, presentations and genuine relationship development—while identifying opportunities where our services can assist clients and grow job volume.

Solutions IE is a leading provider of property compliance reports, with more than 40 years of experience and a team of over 40 people across Australia and New Zealand.

We prepare specialist reports for strata schemes, body corporates and property professionals, including capital works fund forecasts, insurance valuations, asbestos reports, safety reports and maintenance plans.

Our services are primarily driven by legislation, so we help clients understand their obligations and make property compliance easier to manage.

The Role

You will represent Solutions IE within the strata and property industry, helping clients understand our services and strengthening their relationship with the company.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering engaging presentations, webinars and industry training
- Building relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Managing and developing client accounts
- Reconnecting with clients who have not used our services recently




- Identifying opportunities to expand the services used by existing clients
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities
- Responding to client questions and connecting them with the appropriate internal specialists
- Working closely with our operational, technical and customer service teams
- Keeping accurate records of client engagement and follow-up activity

The position includes occasional interstate travel and opportunities to attend industry events across Australia and New Zealand.

About You

You may currently work as a:

- Corporate or technical trainer
- Account Manager
- Business Development Manager
- Client Relationship Manager
- Industry educator or presenter
- Sales professional with strong presentation skills

You will ideally bring:
- Confidence presenting to groups in person and online
- Experience building and maintaining professional relationships
- Account management, business development, training or facilitation experience
- The commercial awareness to recognise opportunities and ask for business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to explain technical or detailed information clearly
- Good organisation, follow-up and time-management skills
- Confidence using digital platforms, presentation tools and CRM systems




- A genuine willingness to learn legislation-driven services in detail

Previous strata, property, facilities management, building compliance or safety experience would be valuable, but it is not essential. We will provide training on our services and the relevant legislation.

Location and Flexibility

We are open to candidates based in Brisbane or Sydney.

- Brisbane: Primarily based at our Milton head office
- Sydney: Primarily remote, combined with client meetings, presentations, networking and industry activity

We are primarily looking to appoint someone on a full-time basis; however, we are open to considering a substantial part-time arrangement for the right person.
