About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruiter to join our Sydney-based team. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment of technology professionals and close collaboration with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and technology positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
- Manage interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build solid candidate pipelines and maintain talent pools for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment activity, pipelines, SLA/TAT, and hiring progress.





Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Technology/IT Recruitment.
- Experience with Australian technology recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of technology roles across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Testing, Infrastructure, and Business Analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite recruitment environment.
