- Set up, operate, and optimise plastic injection moulding machines
- Perform job changeovers including tooling and material changes
- Monitor machine performance (cycle times, temperatures, pressures)
- Identify and rectify process issues to minimise downtime and scrap
- Perform in-process quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
- Support preventative maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting
