The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Exhibition & Event Installer to join our growing team.

This is a highly varied role where no two weeks are the same. You'll be involved in installing and dismantling exhibition stands, custom-built displays, furniture, signage, flooring, structures, and event infrastructure for some of Australia's largest events and exhibitions.

The role includes regular travel throughout Australia and opportunities to work internationally on major exhibitions, trade shows, government pavilions, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and dismantle exhibition stands, shell scheme systems, custom displays and event infrastructure.
- Load, unload and transport event equipment safely.
- Assist with exhibition bump-in and bump-out activities.
- Install flooring, walls, signage, furniture, lighting and display elements.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work from plans, elevations and installation drawings.
- Assist with warehouse preparation and stock management when not on site.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet client expectations.
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with WHS requirements at all times.




- Represent Moreton Hire professionally when working with clients, exhibitors, venues and contractors.
- Travel interstate and overseas as required.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to working safely.

Desirable
- Forklift Licence.
- MR or HR Truck Licence.
- White Card.
- Previous experience in:
- Exhibitions
- Events
- Shopfitting
- Cabinet Making
- Building & Construction
- Temporary Structures
- Signage Installation
- Rigging
- Warehousing & Logistics
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
